Stop falling out and breakage 1st grew 4 to 5 inches below shoulder. Made mistake used protein treatment- broke hair. 2nd time Sahel Ambunu grew again then Cancer 2022 took all my hair so now using Sahel Ambunu again.....see the bushy ponytail. Hopefully, no more surprises! It really strengthens my hair.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Ambunu! The slip is amazing I haven’t seen ANYTHING like this product. I had some faux locs in for 2 months and my hair locked. I wore my hair for a week or so trying to figure out what to do. I was very upset because I was growing my hair and didn’t want to cut it. I remembered that I had some ambunu and it released my hair with very little hair loss. This is my second order. I love it and I am a believer!

I've been looking for other methods of cleansing my hair besides regular shampoo. Winter is on it's way, I'd like my hair hydrated and clean.
This Amunu I use it as both my shampoo and my conditioner. It detangles my hair very well as well as it leaves my thick 4c hair very soft and curly when dry and soft and wavy when wet. I love it and it will be my go to shampoo and conditioner for the foreseeable future.

I love this product, it cleans my hair very well and makes my hair soft, it also detangle my hair without leaving any knots. I used it has shampoo and leaving-in conditioner. Before my hair used to make a lots of knots when I washed it with other shampoo but AMBUNU is totally different. I will continue to used Ambunu. I will continue to buy Ambunu.

Love the ambunu. It helps to relax my coils for detangling. I also like that it’s versatile and moisturizing and can be left in the hair. It reduces the shrinkage slightly.
Earthy herb smell, love the gooey consistency as well. I use this on my my hair as a pre poo with aloe Vera gel and I also use it on my baby girl’s hair for a shampoo/detangler and it is now a staple in my stash. So glad I tried it and I am now a permanent customer. Definitely recommend

This stuff is so much fun, and so versatile! It's like everyone says - the slippage is real, and the cleaning abilities are phenomenal. I may legitimately never go back to lathering shampoos between this and clay washes. In addition, being able to apply this directly to your dry, dirty hair saves so much water. Just an overall amazing item.

I used Ambunu as a detangler, shampoo, and leave-in. My hair is soft and shiny. Wash day is easier and breakage has stopped. No more dry crunchy ends!
The Moisture and detangling properties of Ambunu leaves is second to none!! NOTHING can compare to it when it comes to the slip! Ambunu instantly detangles the hair and leaves it super soft and shiney. I have not found any conditioner, tea rinse, slippery Elm combo, flax seed combo, okra combo, or any thing to detangle my hair as quick as the Ambunu leaves! I have been using it as a shampoo and leave in. The only down side of using the Ambunu leaves is not being able to keep my hands out of my hair. A little goes a long way! I came online to order more bags of it, but they are sold out. I will be watching for it like a hawk!! Hhhhh Please buy a bag, you won't be disappointed, even if you have 5z hair!!
I loved the slip it gave me. My hair felt so soft after, it had never felt like this. The only issue was removing the dried leaves. I had to use a brush when I only prefer finger combing. It's a trade off, I'll keep using it. The shipping was very fast. The package was very well made. Thank you for bringing this tradition to us.
I made a black soap shampoo with Ambunu and my hair felt AMAZING afterwards!! As you can see here, I had shine, and ringletts galore!! Highly recommend this product!!

In my previous review, I stated that I like the way that Ambunu cleanses my hair. My curls were popping! My hair felt and looked clean and healthy. The Ambunu made my hair retain the natural moisture in my hair by not strip my hair at all. The slip loosens up all of the tangled hair as I applied it like Miss Sahel’s video for Ambunu. I just need to learn how not to get leaves stuck in my hair...lol, and how to create the right consistency as in the video. Overall, I think that I will soon love using this amazing product as a prepoo/shampoo for every wash day. Thanks, Miss Sahel!

It's better than the coconut shampoo I've been using. It really clears my hair strands without drying them out. I have been washing with it and using it as a leave-in.

Ambunu powder is a very promising natural hair care option, especially if you’re looking to reduce chemical use and want something gentle but effective. It shines as a detangler and light cleanser, with conditioning benefits if combined properly in the routine. For people with fragile or curly/kinky hair, it can help with breakage, especially if the “slip” is good and residue is well-removed. But you’ll want to finish with a good moisturizer and possibly use it in combination with other conditioning treatments.
I'm still learning how to use this one. My sister recommended I use it. It's supposed to have more slip when detangling, but it just feels like this other detangling conditioner I've used. I do like how it makes my hair feel when damp or wet.
