Does not have excess vitamins like other vitamins where you just pee it out. No breakouts and hair seems to be fuller, but haven’t noticed any faster growth. May continue using as I can’t say it’s doing anything negative! Quite like them.

And it feels a little thicker in areas now . I am also using a periodic Spirulina pack and Chebe with Yangu Oil once a week . I love your Ambunu also very much . So far so good. It’s a good vitamin to add to the vitamins I take to keep myself in good health daily. I will keep you posted next month on these vitamins as it is too soon for me to tell if my hair is growing because of these pills, but so far, talking these pills along with the other vitamins I take has given me no negative side effects thus far
